100 days to Better Health...2009 my Year to Shine. Starting at 10,000 steps per day, my goal for this year is 13,000 steps a day. Risa's "Count On Yourself" program has worked for me. It certainly can work for you. A little diligence and perseverence.

I work with people both in person, by phone and in group as well, I hold corporate seminars and keynote presentations on numerous topics on health and fitness.
