Back to Blogging with the World and the NY Times!

SNOW AND COLD.. I don't love it, but this is NJ, so how do we stay on foot and active. Read my blog in the new "the local" with the NY Times that just came to Maplewood, Millburn and South Orange, NJ - I am psyched, about my wonderful opportunity to be a contributor. I will be writing as often as I can come up with exciting and current things to write about -- all pertaining to fitness and health and the goings on around town. So, stay posted -- and send me your ideas, your comments and visit it me often both here and there.

Right now my motivation is "The Beth Challenge" where I work at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. I have exercised 5 days a week for 4 weeks straight so far!!!!!!!!

Do you have specific health goals or simpy to maintain your new lifestyle?

If the Beth Challenge a specific timed program or something that will continue on and on?
